Nature of Works: |
Lift Lobbies to 32 No. floors. Design and installation of the structural steelwork frame, stone wall cladding and flooring. The stonework for the wall cladding, Crema Mocca was sourced in Portugal, specially selected and supplied as “bookmatched” stone. The stone flooring was Crema Miele and sourced in Turkey.
The supply and fitting of all ceramic tiling including the Level 7 restaurant and kitchen areas. Mosaic feature to coffee bars, stone flooring with Crema Miele to the auditorium floor.
The works included providing main building internal expansion joints, mastic work to kitchen and wet areas using waterproof two part epoxy grouts and electrical floor boxes. |
