The project comprised of four stone packages to the 35 storey building.

(i) External landscaping - The design and fixing of external granites Dakota Mahogany, Black Impala, Rosa Porrino and Marshalls Paviours including areas of wall cladding and staircases.
|
(ii) Internal lift lobbies to 24 floors - Design, supply and fitting of Crema Miele and Emperador light limestone/marble flooring and skirtings.
|
(iii) Special areas - Stone flooring to several reception areas and the executive suite using book matched Diano Reale limestone.
|
(iv) Ceramic tiling package - Tiling to toilet pods, bathrooms and restaurant floor.
